New York CNN —Panera Bread is undergoing its “largest menu transformation ever,” shifting away from its attempt at dinner and refocusing on what it’s best known for, like sandwiches and salads. Panera didn’t release a full list of the menu items that are getting the axe, other than confirming that the flatbreads it introduced in 2019 are being eliminated. Panera confirmed that the kitchen sink cookie, kids menu and soufflés are staying. Panera teased that more details about that menu changes will be unveiled in March. Panera is also aiming to lure in budget-conscious customers with some of the new menu items being priced under $10.

For the main course, cauliflower cheese, a British comfort-food classic, you really don’t need a recipe. Again, it’s the technique you need, specifically making a white sauce (béchamel). Coat the cauliflower in sauce, shower with whatever kind of cheese you like and bake until golden and bubbling. New York CNN —To witness Lionel Messi make his US debut might require a payday as big as his. Tickets for his expected first match on Friday for Inter Miami in the Leagues Cup are selling as much $110,000, according to a search on ticket reselling website Vivid Seats. The average price is $487, and some fans are traveling nearly 700 miles to see the match against Mexican team Cruz Azul, a Vivid Seats spokesperson said. Tickets to last year’s League Cup match between Inter Miami and FC Barcelona cost about half of that. Ticket prices overall for Inter Miami, currently dead last in the standings , have also jumped about 700% since then.
